[english version below] Vielen Dank für euer Interesse. An dieser Stelle jetzt einige Informationen zum Turnier. Die Startplatzvergabe ist jetzt abgeschlossen. Die Anmeldungen wurden gelost, sodass jetzt Startplätze und Nachrückplätze final sortiert sind. Wir melden uns bei euch wenn ihr nachgerückt seid. 0) Präambel Wer schon mal bei uns war wird es wissen: Wir halten uns für ganz schöne Gonnjamins und Gönnriettes bei denen trotz Turnierbetrieb der Samstagabend eine deutlich gesteigerte Relevanz einnimmt. Es wird wie jedes Jahr ein illustres Getränkesortiment geben, welches bereits in der Turniergebühr inkludiert ist. Um das nicht in Stille genießen zu müssen, werden wir auch wieder eine Musikanlage und ein bisschen Deko auffahren. Diese Musikanlage läuft erfahrungsmäßig lange und laut. Dieser Aspekt des Turniers ist uns auch sehr wichtig, weshalb es leider dazu kommen kann, dass die Party den Schlafgewohnheit entgegensteht. Wir bitten euch dies bei der Planung eurer Unterbringung (bspw. Wahl des Zeltortes) sowie des jeweiligen Equipments (bspw. Ohrstöpsel) zu berücksichtigen. Da wir dieses Jahr die 10. Juggernächte ausrichten, möchten wir neben den üblichen Niceigkeiten noch einiges draufpacken. Da dies jedoch einiges kostet und wir den Turnierbeitrag nicht weiter anheben wollen, hoffen wir auf Spenden aus der Community. Wenn ihr euch als Team oder als Einzelperson eine kleine Extra-Unterstützung vorstellen könnt, dann spendet gerne einen kleinen zusätzlichen Geldbetrag an unser Teamkonto, das ihr unter dem Punkt “2) Finanzen” findet. Auch in diesem Jahr gilt auf den Leipziger Juggernächten eine Altersbeschränkung: Am Turniergeschehen dürfen alle Menschen teilnehmen, die das 16. Lebensjahr bereits abgeschlossen haben. Für Personen zwischen dem 16. und dem 18. Lebensjahr gilt allerdings, dass keine(!) Unterbringung vor Ort möglich ist! Wir bitten euch darum, das Gelände am Samstag spätestens eine Stunde nach dem letzten Spiel zu verlassen und erst zum Frühstück des Folgetages (ab 07:30 Uhr) wiederzukommen. Eine Teilnahme von Personen, die jünger als 16 Jahre sind, ist leider ausgeschlossen! (Stichtag ist Samstag, 04.07.) Bitte kommuniziert dies entsprechend innerhalb eurer Teams. Wir hoffen auf euer Verständnis in dieser Sache. 1) Startplatzvergabe Wie die letzten Jahre auch werden wir unser Turnier überbuchen und mit 25 Teams in die Vorbereitung gehen, obwohl wir nur 24 Startplätze haben werden. Alle 25 Teams müssen sich regulär zur Teilnahme verpflichten und auch bezahlen. Für den unwahrscheinlichen Fall, dass am Ende auch 25 Teams auf dem Platz stehen, bekommt das Team auf Platz 25 seine Teilnahmegebühr zurück und wird auf die bestehenden Teams so gut es geht aufgeteilt. 2) Finanzen Der Teilnahmebeitrag liegt bei 14,00 € pro Person. Zur erfolgreichen Anmeldung ist ein Sockelbetrag von 70,00 € (=5 Personen) auf das folgende Konto zu überweisen: Inh.: Tim Lütgert, Flora Ihlau IBAN: DE24500310001067496007 BIC: TRODDEF1XXX Die Zahlungsfrist endet am 29.04., dann geht es an die Nachrückliste. Die Nachzahlung weiterer Spieler*innen ist dann vor Ort, jedoch ausschließlich per PayPal, möglich. 2.1) Soli-Nachlass Wir stellen dieses Jahr einen solidarischen Nachlass zur Verfügung, der in Summe 150 € beträgt. Alle Einzelpersonen können sich dafür bei uns melden und werden bei der Verteilung berücksichtigt - der Beitrag wird auf alle angemeldeten Personen gleichmäßig aufgeteilt, um deren Turnierbeiträge zu reduzieren. Die Frist zur Anmeldung ist der 31.05. Kontaktiert uns dafür per Mail (leipzigernachtwache@gmail.com). 3) Unterbringung Vor Ort kann gezeltet werden, es gibt Duschen und Toiletten auf dem Gelände. 4) Verpflegung Wir stellen am Samstag und Sonntag ein veganes/vegetarisches Frühstück. Abends werden wir in diesem Jahr eine warme Mahlzeit stellen (Details folgen), in Laufweite gibt es einen Rewe sowie Döner- und Pizzafachgeschäfte. Tagsüber ist der ortsansässige Gastronom am Start und bietet allerlei Speisen und Getränke zum Verkauf. Auf das Angebot haben wir nur eingeschränkt und auf die Preispolitik gar keinen Einfluss. Außerdem stellen wir dieses Jahr im Tagesverlauf auch einen Kontaktgrill sowie Zutaten zur Verfügung, sodass ihr euch selbst Sandwiches zubereiten könnt. 5) Pompfencheck Der Pompfencheck erfolgt am Freitagabend. Teams oder einzelne Teilnehmende, die erst am Samstag oder Sonntag anreisen, melden sich bitte für einen gesonderten Pompfencheck an. Wir werden im Vorfeld ein Dokument veröffentlichen, das unseren Check-Prozess und unseren Umgang mit bestimmten Situationen näher beleuchtet, sodass es nicht zu unschönen Überraschungen kommt. 6) Anreise Ihr könnt ab Freitagnachmittag auf das Gelände. Die S-Bahn fährt wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es sind Parkplätze vorhanden. Leipzig verfügt über einen Interkontinentalflughafen und ist an das Bundeswasserstraßennetz angeschlossen. Juggs and Kisses, LeNa Wache ------------- Dear teams, We are pleased about the great interest and would now like to provide you with the latest information. The starting order is finished and finalised, we will contact you if you moved up onto the tournament-spots. 0) Preamble Anyone who has ever been with us will know: We consider ourselves to be well versed in gluttony where the Saturday evening has a significantly increased relevance despite the ongoing tournament. As every year, there will be an illustrious range of drinks, which is already included in the tournament fee. So that you don't have to enjoy this in silence, we will also be setting up a music system and a bit of decoration. Experience has shown that this music system runs long and loud. This aspect of the tournament is also very important to us, which is why it can unfortunately happen that the party conflicts with sleeping habits. We ask you to take this into account when planning your accommodation (e.g. choice of tent location) and equipment (e.g. earplugs). Since we are hosting the 10th Juggernächte this year, we want to go above and beyond in terms of indulgence and party. However, we want to avoid raising our participation fee, which is why we want to ask for donations from the community. If you or your team can imagine to support us with a small additional sum, then we would much appreciate the donation. You can find our bank account under “2) Finances”. Just like last year and in view of our Saturday evening organization, we have decided that there will be an age restriction at the Leipziger Juggernächte: All people who have already completed the age of 16 may participate in the tournament events. For persons between the ages of 16 and 18, however, no(!) accommodation is possible on site! We ask you to leave the site from 7 p.m. and not to return until breakfast the following day (from 7:30 a.m.). This is a change to the original regulation, which originally completely excluded participation for people under the age of 18. We hope for your understanding in these matters. Participation by persons under the age of 16 is unfortunately excluded! (Deadline is Saturday, 04.07.) Please communicate this accordingly within your teams. 1) Allocation of tournament slots As in previous years, we will overbook our tournament and start the preparation with 25 teams, although we will only have 24 starting places. All 25 teams must make a regular commitment to participate and also pay. In the unlikely event that there are also 25 teams on the pitch at the end, the team in 25th place will get its participation fee back and will be divided up among the existing teams as best as possible. 2) Finances The participation fee is € 14.00 per person. A basic amount of € 70.00 (=5 persons) must be transferred to the following account for successful registration: Owner: Tim Lütgert, Flora Ihlau IBAN: DE24500310001067496007 BIC: TRODDEF1XXX The payment deadline ends on 29.04., then it goes to the succession list. Additional players can then pay on site, but only via PayPal. 2.1) Solidarity Discount This year we want to provide a discount-pool, which holds 150 € in total. Individual players can contact us and will be included in the distribution - the money will be split equally among all who have signed up by the deadline to reduce their participation fee. Contact us until 31.05. via mail (leipzigernachtwache@gmail.com) if you want to be included in the program. 3) Accommodation You can camp on site, there are showers and toilets on the premises. 4) Catering We provide a vegan/vegetarian breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. In the evenings we provide a warm meal (details will follow), within walking distance there is a supermarket as well as kebab and pizza stores. During the day, the local restaurant on site offers all kinds of food and drinks for sale. We only have limited influence on the offer and no influence at all on the pricing policy. In addition, we will provide a contact grill as well as a bunch of ingredients throughout the day, such that sandwiches can be prepared by yourselves if wanted. 5) Pompfen-check The pompfen-check will take place on Friday evening. Teams or individual participants arriving on Saturday or Sunday have to register for a separate pompfen-check. We will publish a document in advance explaining our check process and how we deal with certain situations so that there are no unpleasant surprises. 6) Arrival You can get to the site from Friday afternoon. The S-Bahn is just a few minutes' walk away. Parking spaces are available. Leipzig has an intercontinental airport and is connected to the federal waterway network. Juggs and Kisses, LeNa Wache |

Hallo liebe Teams,
die Juggernächte sind nahe, daher folgen noch einmal einige Informationen.
Für eure Planung hier schon mal der Zeitplan für das Wochenende:

Bringt euch selbstständig Besteck, Teller und Becher für Frühstück sowie Abendbrot mit, da wir euch das Chili Sin Carne nicht einfach auf die Hand mitgeben können. Auch die Becher werden für verschiedene Niceigkeiten hilfreich sein.
Zum Pompfencheck:
Der Check findet wie gehabt am Freitag-Abend ab ca. 18 Uhr bis ca. 23 Uhr statt. Solltet ihr deutlich später anreisen, meldet euch bitte im Vorfeld, dann können wir das einplanen.
Am Samstag wird es ab ca. 8 Uhr einen Notfallcheck geben. Dazu ist wichtig, dass wir ab 8:45 Uhr keine Pompfen mehr annehmen können. Außerdem meldet euch bitte im Vorfeld, wenn ihr diesen Check nutzen wollt und sorgt, wenn es euch irgendwie möglich ist dafür, dass eure Pompfen schon Freitag bei uns sind.
Weitere wichtige Infos:
Es gelten alle im Regelwerk definierten Maße auf den Millimeter genau und ohne Ausnahme.
Stechspitzen überprüfen wir mit Druck der flachen Hand frontal, dabei muss sich die Stechspitze ohne große Mühe etwa 3 cm komprimieren lassen und es dürfen keine harten Kanten spürbar sein. Seitlich prüfen wir Stechspitzen mit leichtem Druck der umschließenden Hand, wobei wir insbesondere auf harte Kanten achten. Bitte denkt daran, dass auch Stäbe mit Stechspitzen ausgestattet sein müssen, diese checken wir auch mit den gleichen Kriterien wie jede andere Stechspitze.
Die Länge von Ketten überprüfen wir auf Zug, wobei wir so lange ziehen bis die Kette erstmals straff gespannt ist, wir "zerren" also nicht an den Ketten.
Beachtet bitte folgende Ausnahmen:
- Gliederketten sind verboten
- Elefantenhautbälle sind verboten
- Bei "Faustschilden" muss am Griff sichergestellt werden, dass die Faust nicht durch die Vorderseite des Schildes hindurchtreten kann, Schilde mit Faustloch sind also verboten und auch eine dünne Stoffschicht reicht ausdrücklich nicht aus.
Allgemein bitten wir euch darum, nur Pompfen in einem akzeptablen Bauzustand zum Check zu bringen und im Vorfeld des Turniers zu schauen, ob eure Pompfen regelkonform sind. Das beschleunigt den Check sowohl für uns als auch für euch. Wir behalten uns vor, sehr ramponierte Pompfen (z.B. große Löcher in den Schlagflächen, längere lose herumfliegende Tape-Streifen) ungesehen auszusortieren.

as the Juggernächte draw closer, we have some more information for you.
For your own planning, here’s the schedule for the weekend:
Friday:

Please bring your own cutlery, plate and cup for breakfast and dinner. It is especially important that you have a plate or bowl for the evening, as we are going to serve chili sin carne. The cups are helpful for multiple treats that we will serve.
Regarding pompfencheck:
The check starts at 18:00 on Friday evening and will be open until 23:00. If you are planning to arrive later than that, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
On Saturday, there is an emergency check at 8:00. Please note that we can not accept any more pompfen after 8:45.
Further important infos:
All lengths and diameters defined in the 2026 German rulebook will be applied down to the millimeter without exception. We are going to check the tips of the pompfen by applying frontal pressure with a flat hand. The tips needs to compress by 3cm without much effort, and we should not be able to feel any hard edges. From the side, we are going to check the tips by gripping around the tip with our hand, once more checking for hard edges. Please remember, that staffs need tips as well, which we are going to check those like all other pompfen.
The length of all chains are going to be checked while the string is completely straight, but without any additional stretching done by us.
Please be aware of the following exceptions:
- chain links (“Gliederketten”) are forbidden
- skin balls (“Elefantenhautbälle”) are forbidden
- For center-grip shields, it is essential that the fist can not exit the shield through the front. Shields with a hole are thus forbidden. It is also not enough to cover the hole with some cloth.
In general, we ask you to only enter pompfen in a reasonable state into the check. Please check in advance, if your pompfen are within rulebook limitations. This accelerates the checking process both for you and for us. We reserve the right to disallow battered pompfen (e.g. with holes in the body, or long strips of loose tape) without checking further.
