English version below ______________________ Hallo zusammen, wir freuen uns, euch mitteilen zu dürfen: Das Austrian Jugger Open findet am 10. August 2018 zum dritten mal statt! Wir sind noch voll in der Planung, also viele Details gibts noch nicht ;) ANMELDUNG Die Anmeldung startet am Montag, dem 1. April. Zusätzlich zur Anmeldung muss eine E-Mail an vienna@jugger.at gesendet werden, in der ihr euren Teamnamen angebt. Die Mail-Adresse dient dann zum beidseitigen Informationsaustausch. Solltet ihr zu wenige Spieler stellen können oder als Söldner zum Turnier anreisen wollen, bitten wir euch ebenfalls um eine kurze E-Mail. Ein Söldner-Thread im Forum wird noch angelegt. KOSTEN Startgeld pro Person: 16 € (wird noch im April bekannt gegeben) Sockelbetrag Team: 5 mal das Startgeld, ergo ~ 80€ Wir stecken in der Schlussphase der Verhandlung mit dem Veranstaltungsort und können daher den Preis noch nicht exakt festlegen. VERPFLEGUNG Pro Team wird ein Sixpack Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Weiters kümmern wir uns um ein paar kleine Snacks und Bananen. Weitere Infos folgen noch. (Wir versuchen einen Grill aufzustellen) GETRÄNKE und KONSUM Der Veranstaltungsort lebt hauptsächlich von den Einnahmen durch die Kantine. Dadurch bitten wir euch die Getränke und vor allem alkoholische (ja auch Bier ist ein alkoholisches Getränk) bei unserem Veranstalter in der Kantine zu kaufen. Glasflaschen werden auf dem Rasen verboten sein. Genauere Regeln zum Konsum folgen noch. STANDORT Teichgasse 1, 2201 Gerasdorf bei Wien ÜBERNACHTUNG, AN- UND ABREISE Die Unterkünfte sind selbst zu organisieren! Es gibt eine limitierte Anzahl von Zeltplätzen beim Austragungsort. Bei Bedarf bitten bei der Anmeldung dazuschreiben. Anreise wird schon am Freitagabend möglich sein. Abreise am Sonntagabend. Einige Teams die am Sonntag nicht mehr Nachhause fahren wollen können wir wahrscheinlich mit Zeltplätzen oder Schlafplätzen in der Umgebung versorgen. Also bitte wieder in der Anmeldung angeben. TURNIER Der Turniermodus wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt (je nach Anzahl der Teams) festgelegt. Mit der Teilnahme am Turnier erklären sich die SpielerInnen dazu bereit, dass Fotos von Jugger Vienna und Sponsoren verwendet werden können. LG Jugger Vienna ______________________ Hello everyone! we are happy to announce that the third Austrian Jugger Open will take place on the weekend of the 10th and 11th of August 2018! We are in the end phase of negotiation with the owner of the field so some information is still missing but should be available by the end of april. REGISTRATION The registration will start on Monday the first of April. Additionally, to the registration here, you are asked to send an email with your team name to vienna@jugger.at. This email address is used as the main channel of communication between your team and us. In case you have too few players for your team or you want to participate as mercenaries please also write us a short email. We will start a discussion in the Jugger Forum. FEES Entry fee per person: 16€ (announced by the end of April) Minimum fee per team: 5 times entry fee per person, hence 80€ As mentioned before we are in the end of the negotiating phase and are therefore unable to fixate the price. CATERING One six-pack of water will be provided for each team. Further we will have some bananas and snacks for you. More information to come. (We are trying to organize a barbecue grill) BEVERAGES and CONSUMPTION The venue lives of revenues from the cafeteria. Therefor we ask you to buy your drinks and especially alcoholic beverages (yes beer is also an alcoholic beverage) at the cafeteria of the venue. Glass bottles will be prohibited on the lawn. Detailed rules about consumption will follow. LOCATION Teichgasse 1, 2201 Gerasdorf bei Wien ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORTATION Every team has to arrange their own accommodation themselves! There is a limited number of spots for camping at the tournament area so please let us know in the E-Mail. Arrival will be possible already on Friday afternoon. Departure is Sunday afternoon. If you don’t want to drive back home on Monday we might be able to provide you with a lawn close by where you can but up your tents or some sleeping spots at our team members in the city. So let us know in the E-Mail again. TOURNAMENT The format of the tournament will be announced at a later stage as it depends on the number of participating teams.
