English below. --- Austragungsort: --- Der Austragungsort ist das Maifeld vor dem Olympiastadion Berlin. Es ist 112.000 m² groß und bietet mit gutem Sportrasen eine bestmögliche Ausgangslage für ein großartiges Sportevent. --- Ablauf: --- Das Turnier wird am Freitagmorgen den 07.08.2020 beginnen und Sonntagnachmittag den 09.08.2020 enden. Es wird insgesamt mehr Pflichtspiele geben als auf zweitägigen Turnieren üblich, dafür aber etwas weniger pro Tag. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dennoch die Wartezeiten im Spielplan kurz zu halten. Voraussichtlich wird auch Zeit für Freundschaftsspiele sein. Der Spielplan wird mehrere Gruppenphasen und eine abschließende KO-Phase enthalten. --- Kosten: --- Der Turnierbeitrag beläuft sich auf 30 € pro Spielerin. Der Team-Sockelbetrag für 6 Spielerinnen beträgt bis zum 29.2. 180 € und ist im Zuge der Teamanmeldung zu überweisen. Für Überweisungen im März steigt der Sockelbetrag auf 210 €. Für Überweisungen im April steigt der Sockelbetrag auf 240 €. Für Überweisungen im Mai steigt der Sockelbetrag auf 300 €. Für Überweisungen im Juni steigt der Sockelbetrag auf 360 €. Für Überweisungen im Juli steigt der Sockelbetrag auf 450 €. Im Preis enthalten sind Grundverpflegung während des Turniers, Kinderbetreuung (explizite Anmeldung erforderlich), Sanitätsdienst, Beschallungstechnik, Feldausstattung, Sicherheitsdienst, Fotografen, Medaillen und vieles weitere. Also zum Beispiel: "WCC2020 + Falco jugger" --- Auswahlverfahren der teilnehmenden Teams: --- Um sich verbindlich anzumelden, muss der oben genannte Team-Sockelbetrag i.H.v. 180 € bis zur Überweisungsfrist am 16.2.2020 überweisen werden. Außerdem muss das Team auf der Teamliste auf dieser Website eingetragen sein. Die Kontoverbindung wird in den nächsten zwei Wochen bekannt gegeben. Erst nach erfolgreichem Überweisungseinganh gilt das Team als angemeldet. Sollten sich mehr Teams per Überweisung anmelden, als wir Startplätze zur Verfügung stellen können, wird folgendes gewichtetes Losungsverfahren durchgeführt. Das Verfahren ist zusätzlich zu folgendem Text auch als Flussdiagramm einsehbar. Bis zur Überweisungsfrist werden 64 Startplätze für internationale Teams vorbehalten. Außereuropäischen Teams ist der Startplatz garantiert, sodass sehr frühzeitig Flüge gebucht werden können. Die innereuropäischen Teams werden auf die verbleibenden Startplätze des internationalen Pools verteilt. Ggf. wird hier gelost. Jedem Land werden Startplätze garantiert. Sollten nicht alle 64 Startplätze durch internationale Teams beansprucht werden, werden die übrigen Plätze in den Pool für deutsche Teams überführt. Für deutsche Teams stehen 64 Startplätze plus die nicht beanspruchten Plätze aus dem internationalen Pool zur Verfügung. Ggf. wird hier gelost. Ausgenommen sind die Teams der Ausrichter. Ihnen sind die Startplätze garantiert. Alle Teams, die beim Losen kein Glück hatten, bekommen ihre Zahlung zurückerstattet. Sie werden aus der JTR-Liste entfernt, können sich dort aber wieder auf die Warteliste setzen. Wir bestimmen die Reihenfolge in der Teams auf der Warteliste Nachrücken dann abermals zufällig. Bei Teams, die einen Startplatz haben. ist eine Rückerstattung des Beitrags nicht vorgesehen und nur in Ausnahmefällen und nach Prüfung der Gründe möglich. Meldet also bitte euer Team nur an, wenn ihr auch wirklich teilnehmen werdet. Solange das Turnier nicht ausgebucht ist, können auch noch zu späteren Zeitpunkten Nachmeldungen von Teams erfolgen. --- Unterkunft: --- Bislang wurde keine gemeinsame Unterkunft gefunden. Die Suche läuft noch. Die Kosten werden zuzüglich zu der Turniergebühr anfallen. Wir versuchen hier einen Ort zu finden, der nah am Turnierort liegt, auf dem alle Platz haben und kostengünstig Zelten können. Damit wir da gut planen können, bitten wir euch an unserer Umfrage teilzunehmen und uns je Team zurückzumelden, ob ihr euch selber was in der Stadt suchen wollt, oder eine gemeinschaftliche Zeltmöglichkeit bevorzugen würdet. Wir halten euch auf jeden Fall auf dem Laufenden. --- Rahmenprogramm: --- Es wird von Dienstag, den 04.08. bis Montag, den 10.08.2020 ein Rahmenprogramm geben. Weitere Infos zu Aktivitäten und Abendprogramm folgen. Am Donnerstag, den 06.08. können schon freie Spiele auf dem Platz austragen werden. Außerdem soll ein internationales Treffen von Teamvertreter*innen stattfinden. Am Montag, den 10.08. soll es zum Abschluss ein Bändchenturnier für die Unersättlichen geben. Außerdem soll die Gelegenheit genutzt werden, mit allen Interessierten auf der Jugger Confabulatio über die Zukunft des internationalen Juggers zu sprechen. Statuten für einen Umgang geprägt von gegenseitiger Akzeptanz: --- Der Ort des Olympiastadions ist geschichtsträchtig und wir sind darauf aus, ein deutliches Zeichen gegen die frühe Historie dieser Sportstätte zu setzen. Daher ist auf unserem Turnier absolut kein Platz für Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Homo-/Transphobie, Sexismus, etc. Ein Awareness-Team wird für die Einhaltung unserer Statuten sorgen. Der genau Wortlaut wird noch ausgearbeitet. Bei Verstoß wird ein Platzverweis ausgesprochen. In diesem Fall erfolgt keine Erstattung des Beitrags. -------------------- ENGLISH --- Venue: --- The venue is the Maifeld in front of the Olympiastadion Berlin. It has an area of 112,000 m² and, with its high-quality sports turf, offers the best possible starting position for a great sporting event. --- Schedule: --- The tournament will start on Friday morning 07.08.2020 and end on Sunday afternoon 09.08.2020. If more teams register by bank transfer than we can provide starting slots, the following weighted lottery procedure will be carried out.
